Water jetting equipment uses a stream of highly pressurised water to blast away debris or blockages to clear drains. This equipment operates at up to 25000 psi which is powerful enough to cut through your fingers. This is why it's the preferred method for clearing blockages in sewer drains, especially if they are caused by tree roots.
High pressure water jetting equipment offers a very efficient, cost effective and environmentally friendly way to unblock drains. It is very popular and commonly used because it delivers such brilliant results. When used on stormwater drains and for sewer jetting it easily removed blockages caused by household waste, tree roots and other debris.
Regularly using a high pressure water jet will help keep your sewer and stormwater drains clear of blockages, so you are less likely to run into further problems and definitely help prevent any major clogs. Maintenance jet blasting is particularly helpful if you have trees on your property that frequently invade your pipes as if they are not dealt with regularly, they will cause further damage and cost more money to remedy.

We pride ourselves on our successful commercial operations, using CCTV to locate junctions, identify issues and find blockages, measure drains and to map out these commercial assets.
Managing building infrastructure is vital and reducing the risk of the inconvenience and damage that blocked drains can cause must be considered at all times. Commercial blocked sewer jetting is an excellent preventative maintenance process that will not only prevent issues but could save considerable money in the long run.
The Jet Drain Cleaning Process
The process of clearing your pipes and drains is relatively simple. A call to our specialised team will involve obtaining as much information about your problem as possible. Once a qualified expert is on-site, the situation is surveyed to determine the next steps.
Drains are inspected using highly specialised CCTV cameras to confirm where the blockage is and to assess any damage to the pipes. Before and after vision is shared with you so you can see the results.
The pipes are cleaned using the high pressure water jetting equipment and then further vision is taken to ensure it is all clear.
Jet Drain Cleaning & Pipe Relining
Following the drain blasting process, another option to consider is to reline your pipes to increase their strength, repair cracks and minimise further clogs. This is a fantastic option if your pipes are in relatively good condition as they will last many more years and means you don’t need to consider the costly and destructive option of replacing them.
A special drain liner is prepared by making the required size to fit and applying a unique resin. The liner is pulled through the existing pipe using access points and then manipulated so it is correctly in place.
The liner is then inflated and held in place until it cures. The end result is pipes that are smooth, strong and will last many more years. The only downside is that it can’t be used on pipes that are significantly damaged. We can check the integrity of your pipes with our drain cameras to determine whether relining is an option for you.
The advantages are that the process is quick, there is no digging needed, it makes the pipes 100% leak proof and stronger than before, and it is more cost effective than replacing pipes. Also, we offer a lifetime warranty on the liners.
